I try show instructions as tree like
Snap_
--- Coil
--- ContactNC
---......
SnapComparison_
---.....
SnapMath_
---......

I found that currently this is shown as a list using

public IEnumerable<Lazy<IInstructionItem, IInstructionItemMeta>> Instructions
{
    get
    {
        return from i in instructionItems
               where !i.Metadata.Hidden
               orderby i.Metadata.Language, i.Metadata.Library, i.Metadata.SortOrder
               select i;
    }

}

and InstructionSpriteConverter.cs, but i can't figure out how to rewrite it for treeview? Any help would be most welcome.

Check out How do I create a TreeView on the ask.soapboxcore.com site. That should be a good starting point for what you're trying to do.
