I've installed SoapBox Snap, I tried to run it, and it crashes with an error in SoapBox.Core.Host.exe. What now?

Make sure you have all the pre-requisites installed:

  1. .NET 3.5 and .NET 4 (or .NET 4.5)
  2. The Phidgets Drivers

If you don't want to use the Phidgets module, you can go into the C:\Program Files (x86)\SoapBox Automation\SoapBox Snap\ directory and move or delete the SoapBox.Snap.Phidgets.dll file. Then you have to start SoapBox Snap by double-clicking on the SoapBox.Core.Host.exe file in that same directory, or else it might try to repair the installation for you, and reinstall the DLL you removed.
